Herald Login Banner

This is the contents of the "herald" setting in /etc/security/login. This is usually used to specify a translation for "login:." However, some AIX system administrators prefer to use this setting instead of the typical /etc/issue file to display the pre-login banner. Given that this setting is not available on all Unix platforms, administrators of heterogeneous Unix environments should avoid this usage in favor of the standard /etc/issue file.
